Off to Japan on Singapore Airlines

Today I started my Japanese adventure, but I’m on the plane between Sydney and Singapore. My lunch/afternoon tea/dinner (?) was so incredibly delicious and healthy, I just had to write about it. Why is it that SIA can do it, but other airlines can’t. I just had braised tofu and rice with seaweed, bok choy, mini corn  and a salad with lemon vinaigrette. A whole meal bread roll was also there, followed by. Fresh fruit salad. And it all tasted heavenly.
Only problem was that I ate my lunch about an hour before boarding, and it’s only 4pm now. Somehow, the food was so good, it didn’t matter.
I’m watching the movie, Goodbye Christopher Robin and it’s really lovely- not a children’s movie really. So, back to the movie...
... Movie was very good. It’s good to know the story behind Christopher Robin, Winnie the Poo etc.

Had another delicious meal, a wonderful rest, and was met at Singapore by friends Jenny and David. I am now in my lovely hotel overlooking Changi Beach.
