Visiting Toshiko and Kiyoshi

Today, Kaye and I caught the “demand bus” up the mountain to Toshiko’s. Kiyoshi smoked some fish for our sumptuous lunch, after which we went for a walk.  Toshiko picked some shiitake (which we took home, cooked and ate). Kiyoshi and Toshiko picked wild strawberries while Kaye and I walked down and up to a nearby shrine.
