Kaye’s First Day

Kaye arrived at Kumamoto last night. Kiyoshi, Toshiko and I drove there to collect her. What a teary reunion. 

Today we went to the goldmine, where we also had lunch. We had afternoon tea in Shoko’s lovely tatami room
