The Goldmine, The Family Resort and an Evening Visitor.

Today, Kaye and I went by “demand bus” to have lunch at the goldmine. After this we walked up the mountain to the cabins of the Village Resort.




Above is a stone in memory of the early miners.

Next was another communal bath at a little village onsen - thank you, Toshiko and Kiyoshi.

Finally we had a surprise visit from the young man next door. He brought a Japanese vegetable delicacy and stayed to share a glass of wine and some of our dinner.
