We managed train changes like professionals, booked into our Hiroshima hotel had an Okonomiyaki lunch, then set off on a streetcar to the Peace Dome and museum. It doesn't matter how many times I go there, I am still moved to tears.
On a lighter note, we have had fun shopping for interesting food to bring back to our hotel for a quiet night in our room.
Tomorrow morning we are going on a ferry to Miyajima Island and then continue our journey to Hita where Toshiko will meet us. Might not blog tomorrow- it will be a long day.
