Molly is almost 1 year old and this the way she signs that she is tired and wants to go to bed.Two fingers go into the mouth and the arm goes across. Molly uses some signs to communicate - cereal, water, Lucy, fish etc. However, she is beginning to say some words too - bye bye and Dadda (at the photo book).
Molly is a petite little baby, much smaller than Lucy was at her age. Lucy walked at 10 months but Molly shows no interest in putting her feet to the ground. She slides everywhere on her bottom.
My instructions today were to put her to bed when she "tells" me she is tired, which would probably be at 9.30am. Sure enough, on the dot of 9.30, Molly told me and I put her to bed in her cot. She smiled at me, I said "Love you" and I shut the door and walked out. That was half an hour ago, and she is still "talking" in her own language in the cot.
Lucy is at "school" and Alison went to a yoga class on her way home. I need to do my Japanese and recorder practice while I have a minute. Also have a late essay to mark, so will not tarry.
