Central Market is a market of beautiful Asian things at very reasonable prices. I think I have visited this place every time I have been to Kuala Lumpur. Al wanted to have her last chance to buy some batik materials and we did buy a few other lovely things. We also went to a shop called Peter Hoe, which has beautiful Malaysian things, a very peaceful atmosphere and a cafe. While we sat on their lounge and had a drink, Molly did her favourite thing - she unpacked the "baby stuff" bag and put her hat on.
After that, Al bought some fruit and we made our way back to the car - not so easy in the crowd, especially crossing the road. By now it was peak hour so poor Al battled the fast rule-disobeying traffic. We had struck heavy traffic on our way there as well. It is Friday and it was the end of Prayer Time. All the men were making their way back to work. The office men were wearing their trousers rolled up and "flip-flops'(thongs in Australia). We did see one funny thing and Al said "Big fat men should definitely not walk down the street wearing green satin pyjamas and eating an ice cream."
