Keith is much happier in the hospital now. The nurses are fantastic and he seems to have charmed some into making green tea in Mik’s little teapot with the water I take in. They’ll also put my home cooked food in and out of the fridge for him. He appreciates that I can’t be there all the time, so that takes a lot of pressure off me.
They took blood for tests today, to check for liver damage ( from the continuing antibiotics) and to see how the infection is going.
And just so you know how brave I am, I twice nearly walked on red bellied black snakes while doing the gardening when I came home this afternoon.
My day at home tomorrow.
