Out of Bed, Eating.

He was very pale and tired after a stint and lunch while sitting in a chair, but it was an achievement. Dr Jim was ecstatic  with the progress. 

Annalee from Aged Care visited again today. She is such a support to both of us. 

Brigid’s last night. I will miss her encouragement and help very much, but I am stronger for my week with her. 

We had a few bush fires not far away yesterday and a dry storm. Lost our electricity for hours. I discovered that I could do Keith’ jobs - change our water supply from electric pump to gravity feed, and connect and light the gas stove. Boy, add that to using the remote- my coping skills are improving.
