Jenni’s at Wodonga Victoria

It was raining for a good half of my journey here but this morning it’s clear skies here.

So good to be here, such a dear friend. Last night we watched a musical movie that Jenni had been saving to watch with me. It’s an unusual story of mixed up children’s fairytales. The lyrics sound like rap to me - it’s Sondheim (contemporary American). It was definitely not Keith’s cup of tea, but I really enjoyed it. The movie is called “Into the Woods” and yes, Red Riding is one of the characters.

A few minutes ago, Jenni brought me a coffee in bed!!!! ( and Grant, if you are reading this, I forgive you for not bringing me coffee in bed!!)

I’m still in bed and I just overheard Jenni telling her Mum that she’s taking me walking around the lake  So, I best get up

Later: Walking around Lake Belvoir

1. New peace memorial(?)  In English it says “Let there be peace” and “Reflect on peace.” In Japanese?

2. Jenni at the beginning of our walk.
3. Jenni’s house - rear centre two storey dark wood.

4. The Lake.
