This morning I went to my old gym class. It’s pretty unique, a converted farm shed, fully equipped, with a fully trained excellent teacher. It was a full-on workout with old friends. After that we went to THE local shop/cafe/ post office/ petrol station, for coffee. In the photo is Ross, the owner, fantastic barista and wonderful person. Also in the photo is Elise Walker(standing at the back), who is special to me because we went through the terrible drawn out death of her Mum and my lovely neighbour and friend. Di took the photos
