Singapore- a day with Salbia and Mei

 I arrived in Singapore on Thursday evening and today was the first day I could meet up with old friends. I met Salbia in 2002 when I first came to Singapore. Today we went to Sakura International Buffet Restaurant for a feast. I am standing on the spiral staircase which goes down to the restaurant.
After a good feed, we went for a walk and to the mosque next door. Salbia knows I like to go to quieter places and she always manages to find somewhere new to take me.
We then drove from the western end of Singapore to the eastern end to meet up with Mei and her English husband, Mal.
It was a great day - tomorrow I work all day.
