A Tragic Accident

Today we learned that Patricia, the owner of the villa we are purchasing, was accidentally killed yesterday afternoon. As the lady was leaving the villa, her partner’s foot slipped on the pedal in the car and apparently ran into villa, killing Patricia. 

The agent and the residents of the village are shocked and upset, and we are too. We have met quite a few of our new neighbours and so understand their distress. 

Our sale settlement is tomorrow and as far as we know, that will go ahead electronically, but we are somewhat nervous. 

We have done our best to keep up our spirits today, so will do another blog.
