Yesterday, Regional Victorian Covid rules changed. We are allowed out for any reason, although there are strict rules about where you can go, such as numbers of people in a place. My reason - I wanted to buy a few things at a Reject shop, I wanted to take some of my unwanted/unneeded stuff at an op shop, I wanted some garden things from Bunnings and I thought I may as well pick up some groceries. I still felt safer to avoid the city itself but I could carry out all of my tasks on the southern outskirts of Wodonga, still in Victoria.
Luckily, The mask Alison made worked well and I could see. Talking is hard and recognising people is also hard, but I didn’t meet a soul I knew ( I think!).
I enjoyed my time “out” but was glad to get back in the garden.
